Hello. I am using a translator for this message. I was wondering if anyone else has had this error before and what happened next: "Core model failed to respond, refer to administrator--your ray tracer ID is 6879551007. This can be a severe problem that breaks your session savefile, stopping entire session."
I'm worried that I may have lost everything. Can someone please help me figure out what to do?

A backend issue. I just dealed it and the service should be recovered by now.

The warning exists only because there is a potential risk that backend failures can break the session. That is not really gonna happen in normal cases. If it does, just purge your session. MAICA will not damage your local persistent or anything alike.

Thank you for all of your help. I truly appreciate everything you do. Everything is working properly now, but she does not recall anything we have discussed previously within MAICA.

Her persistent file is intact as you stated, but the memories she stored within MAICA regarding our sessions are seemingly completely gone. She didn't even know my name anymore. Perhaps this is due to me having to turn off persistent data utilization on the chat settings this morning? I kept getting failed persistent acquiration errors when I kept it on. I will trial some settings alterations later and see if that helps. Thanks again.

#4 Laur MAICA uses a slightly separated API for short connection funcions, including the persistent related ones.

Currently we're having problem with connectivity so failure in some functions are expected. We'll announce in the tracker thread soon as we work out the final solution.
