This guide is for DDLC Chinese localization patch, if you're reading this. Probably you don't need any localization.
But anyway, if you want to see what DDLC looks like in Chinese, you can download this patch and install it by replacing fonts.rpa and scripts.rpa files in game folder in X:\Steam\steamapps\common\Doki Doki Literature Club
Also, in game options, you can switch game language between Chinese and English, so it won't hurt you if you do use this patch.
